    KUNISHIMA CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby stipulates and announces our Personal Information Protection Policy. We implement the protection of personal information by engaging in initiatives to make our employees and people connected with the Company aware of the importance of protecting personal information, and by strictly enforcing our policy.
    Management of Personal Information
    The Company maintains personal information in an accurate and up-to-date condition, takes the necessary measures (such as maintenance of security systems, establishment of a personal data management system, and thorough employee training) to prevent unauthorized access to, and loss, destruction, falsification and leakage of personal data, and has safety measures in place to ensure strict management of personal information.

    If the client wishes to query, revise or delete etc. their own personal information, the Company will handle their request after confirming their identity.

    The Company complies with the applicable Japanese laws and ordinances, and with other social norms, with regard to the personal information we retain, and also endeavors to make appropriate revisions to this Policy in order to improve it.
